The Home
The Bayside Retreat is a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage with sleeper sofa (in addition to the large sectional). It's a short walk to the neighborhood beach or a quick drive to many popular beaches such as Mayflower Beach. It's best suited for smaller groups of family & friends, or a romantic couple's getaway. At any time our overnight

It's a short walk to the neighborhood beach or a quick drive to many popular beaches such as Mayflower Beach. It's best suited for smaller groups of family & friends, or a romantic couple's getaway. At any time our overnight occupancy cannot exceed 6 people as per town regulation.

Kellys Bay is a short walk away. There's a neighborhood beach offering tables to enjoy. A few minutes from the home is a peaceful conservation area with stairs leading to the bay. Kellys Bay is a short walk away. There's a neighborhood beach offering tables to enjoy. A few minutes from the home is a peaceful conservation area with stairs leading to the bay. In addition, a few streets down the Dennis Town Landing is a great (somewhat secret) place to unload the provided kayaks or your own boat. Free parking year round! The bay opens up to the popular Bass River, which leads to West Dennis Beach or Bass River Beach by boat. In warmer months it’s a popular waterway that will absolutely enhance your vacation. Near walking & biking trails!
Getting Around
The neighborhood is quiet & tree lined leading to the water. There are 3 water access points within the neighborhood not including the Marina. The roads within the neighborhood are a bit bumpy so it's best to take it slow.
